Services

Kale & Leeks provides catering, private dining, meal prep, and food-related services for personal and corporate events.

Booking & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure event dates.

• Full payment must be completed before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

Menu Changes

Menu selections and guest counts should be finalized at least 5–7 days before the scheduled event date. Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Customers must disclose allergies or dietary restrictions before confirming orders. Kale & Leeks is not liable for allergic reactions when undisclosed information is withheld.

Delivery & Timing

We strive to arrive and deliver services on time. However, delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photos, menus, and written materials are the property of Kale & Leeks and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Kale & Leeks is not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from misuse of products, undisclosed allergies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for inappropriate, unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior.
